Theresa Omansky joined the Housing Partnership in 2022. She advises the Housing Partnership in various stages of project development and closing its affordable housing pipeline in partnership with public and private entities, government agencies and community stakeholders. She also serves as counsel to the Housing Partnership and its affiliated entities on a wide variety of corporate governance, compliance and organizational matters. She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and received her Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Rutgers University.
