- Through NYC Housing Partnership's Pathways to Homeownership program, first-time homebuyers receive pre-purchase education, one-on-one counseling, and access to down payment assistance including HomeFirst (up to $100,000) and SONYMA DPAL ($15,000). HPDC is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency and HPD-Approved HomeFirst Agency.
