Housing Partnership’s 2023 Wine and Jazz Fall Benefit Drew Affordable Housing Community

The Housing Partnership’s 40th Anniversary Wine & Jazz Fall Benefit 2023 at midtown Manhattan’s Refinery Roof Top on November 2 was packed with over 150 participants in New York’s affordable housing community. They saw the Partnership’s President and CEO, Jamie Smarr, introduce guest of honor Adolfo Carrión, Jr., Commissioner of New York City Housing Preservation Development.

Commissioner Carrion presented special honors recognizing three Housing Partnership Founding Partners, firms which have worked with the Housing Partnership since its inception to create affordable housing opportunity throughout New York City: the Bluestone Organization, the Briarwood Organization and the Procida Companies.

“Thanks to the generosity of our stakeholders, the Wine & Jazz Fall Benefit raised $140,000 that was directly invested in the Housing Partnership’s programs,” said Jamie Smarr.
