Housing Partnership’s 2nd Annual

Affordable Housing Expo 2024

Showcasing affordable homeownership and rental housing opportunities

Saturday, June 22, 2024

Free and Open to the Public
The Graduate Center, CUNY
365 5th Avenue (at 34th Street)
New York, NY 10016

The Housing Partnership’s second annual Affordable Housing Expo will take place on Saturday, June 22nd, at the CUNY Graduate Center in midtown Manhattan. The 2023 Expo provided an overflow crowd of New Yorkers with information and access to resources to help fulfill the American dream of buying their first home, as well as applying for affordable housing rentals.

Since 2008 the Housing Partnership has offered HUD-certified affordable homeownership and education programs to first-time homebuyers. Those successfully completing the program can qualify for down payment assistance from New York State. They also receive certificates of completion that are favorably considered by mortgage lenders. The Housing Partnership’s Homeownership Counseling and Education program has expanded by 42% since 2018, helping low- to moderate-income families build a stronger financial base for their future, through the ability to purchase a home. This strengthens the social fabric and boosts the economic vitality of New York’s neighborhoods by focusing on people, families and communities.
