NYC Housing Partnership Appoints Theresa Omansky General Counsel

Theresa Omansky, Esq. has joined the Housing Partnership as General Counsel.

Ms. Omansky has extensive legal experience working on affordable housing transactions utilizing tax-exempt bond financing, tax credit allocations and acquisition, construction and permanent financing.

Ms. Omansky joins the HP from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY), where as an associate counsel she provided legal advice and support on the FHLBNY Affordable Housing Program and to other operational and service departments. Earlier in her career she served as real estate finance associate at the law firms of Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP and Robinson + Cole LLP, representing institutional lenders on complex affordable housing financing transactions.
