The Adele

The Adele is a residential development in Manhattan's East Village with 30 affordable rental units. Developed by Kahen Properties, the project participates in the Inclusionary Housing Program with NYC Housing Partnership serving as the Administering Agent to ensure the affordable units reach eligible households in one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods.
