Crystal Kay joined the Housing Partnership in 2019. She advises the Housing Partnership in various stages of project development and closing its affordable housing pipeline in partnership with public and private entities, government agencies and community stakeholders. She also serves as counsel to the Housing Partnership and its affiliated entities on a wide variety of corporate governance, compliance and organizational matters. Prior to joining the Housing Partnership, she worked at a nonprofit specializing in community economic development and was an attorney in the private sector where she represented financial institutions in real estate, affordable housing and community development projects. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and received her Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Wesleyan University.
