Administrative Assistant (Marketing)
Trinette Koonce joined the Housing Partnership as Administrative Assistant for Marketing in April 2015, where she oversees all applicant appointments, e-mails, information and questions for the Affordable Housing Center. Before Ms. Koonce joined HPDC, she worked for several multi-million dollar New York City construction and development companies including BFC Partners, G-CNY Group, and Mazeh Construction Corporation. As an Assistant Project Manager and Executive Assistant, she worked with the companies’ development teams to produce and submit proposals for new residential and commercial developments. She was also a freelance grant writer and proposal consultant for more than 10 years.
