We have been a leader in leveraging financial support, transforming neighborhoods across New York City, and advancing homeownership opportunities for tens of thousands of people.
We have surpassed the original goals set by our founders. To date, we have been involved in the creation and rehabilitation of more than 28,000 affordable units, and we have thousands more in construction or planned.
