Mr. Martin is responsible for all of the organization’s day-to-day operations. He has served in executive positions at Apple Bank, Roosevelt Savings Bank, Roslyn and New York Community Bank. Mr. Martin received his MBA at Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia’s MacIntire School of Business. | ||

Beth Berns joined the Housing Partnership in September 2004. Previously, she worked for BFC Partners and BFC Construction Corp., where she was responsible for financial structuring of mixed -use and multi-family housing developments. She oversees all fiscal management, general accounting, integral controls, compliance, financial reporting, audit functions and project budget development. She has a Bachelors degree in Government and Urban Studies from Lehigh University and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. | ||

John Fields joined the Housing Partnership in January 2005. He was most recently an associate general counsel with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), where he conducted loan and disposition closings for the City's housing and commercial development programs. He served as a senior development counsel with HPD for 18 years and was formerly the director of New York City Division of Real Properety's legal division, supervizing a staff of attorneys handling the disposition of city in rem properties. Mr. Fields received a B.A in Psychology from Harvard College and is a 1979 graduate of Rutgers Law School. | ||

Shelia Martin has been with the Housing Partnership since 1987. She has been responsible for the functions of the marketing department, including co-ordination of all marketing efforts, development of project brochures, oversight of sales and marketing activities and communications with project community sponsors. Shelia was previously director of the office of business assistance as a part of the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Program. Prior to her work at Housing Partnership, she was a staff attorney for a Municipal labor organization. She has a Bachelors degree in sociology form Hunter College and received her law degree from the Hofstra University School of Law. | ||

John Abramo oversees the Housing Partnership's pre-development acquisition initiatives and its land banking program. Mosty recently, he was at the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation where he was responsible for all aspects of its daily operations. Mr. Abramo also managed a retail banking operation and underwrote and structured multi-family, tax credit transactions. Mr. Abramo received his masters degree of Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and his Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania. | ||

Pierre Dubois joined the Housing Partnership in November 2003. He is responsible for all design issues, architectural reviews, hard costs, budget reviews and homeowner communications. He was previously the lead designer for Danois Architects and an architect for NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where he worked on Housing Partnership projects and design. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College and holds a Masters in architecture from Columbia University. | ||

Sheila D. Latimer joined the Housing Partnership in 1999. She provides project management services for more than 1000 housing units and was previously a project manager for 1300 multifamily rental units in the Neighbourhood Entrepreneurs Program. Prior to joining the Housing Partnership, she was the affordable housing manager for the City of Cerritos, California. She holds a masters degree of public administration from California State University(Fellerton) and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California. | ||

Nadja is the project manager for Housing Partnership Development Corp. She is responsible for planning and development activities for projects. Ms Alvarado works with developers on project plans and budgets, secures city and state subsidies and approvals. She also oversees marketing and sales of new homes. Ms. Vega organizes and conducts the Housing Partnership's homeownership counseling and education programs, including the HUD-certified HomeBuyers Club course. Ms. Vega is a HUD- certified homeownership counselor. She previously worked for Neighborhood Housing Services of Bed-Stuy and the Housing Partnership as marketing manager. She is Fluent in English and Spanish. | ||
